We are looking for a smart finance person who can take care of Any Association — a Swiss non-profit organization that is a key part of our legal structure. Current workload is about 10-20% of the full-time position.

You will be an integral part of our operations squad, working directly with the COO and Head of Finance, to strategize and manage our financial operations. The position is fully remote and does not depend on the time zone, though you'll be always welcome to visit our HQ in Berlin.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions in Any Association
• Publish financial statements in coordination with consultants
• Manage revenue earnings
• Prepare quarterly managerial accounting reports (CF)

Requirements

• Work experience as an Accountant or Financial Specialist
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Xero
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant degree
