CCP is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Senior Game Designer with a deep passion for games and virtual worlds.

You will be working in our Reykjavík studio, bringing experience and expertise in Game Design to work on our multiple award-winning title: EVE Online. In this role, you will be working on both conceptual level as well as on implementation level of game content and features.

Your tasks:

• Working on a multi-disciplinary feature team as part of the Design Department, taking responsibility for large features, systems, and content
• Design and implementation of content consisting of dungeons, missions, narrative, and new features
• Collaborating with team members and other department leads to ensure positive communication and problem solving between disciplines
• Working with production to assist, and provide feedback on, high-level plans and schedules
• Provide mentoring and feedback to the sub-discipline leads reporting to them

Your profile:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in game design, including senior design experience on a shipped product with a content design focus
• Experience working on MMORPGs
• Experience designing quests
• Experience designing single-player and multi-player encounters
• Extensive content and systems design experience
• Ability to work creatively in a demanding team environment
• Passion for playing and making computer games
