About the role
As our Head of Marketing and Growth, your mission will be to define and execute the strategy on how to amplify our message, grow awareness of our products and mission, and completely shape how we share ourselves with the world.
You will be the first hire to our marketing team with total freedom to define and implement best practices for future marketing hires and lead the eventual marketing division of Hedgey.
You will work to amplify our reach, grow awareness of our products, brand, and mission, and define the public voice for our company.
Tools we work with: Twitter, Medium, Discord, Gitbook, Docshare, Trello
We’re looking for passionate people. To own this role, you’ll need to:
Be the owner of the end-to-end marketing process; create and execute strategies, set up KPIs, and run analytics to measure the effectiveness of strategies
Be the owner of focused marketing campaigns to lead the growth of retail buyers to the Hedgey protocol. Create and execute strategies, setup KPIs, and run analytics to measure the effectiveness
Create and manage content on social media with focused KPIs. Create written content for Medium
Work collaboratively with community, design, dev, and biz dev teams.
Work collaboratively with team members to subject-expert generated content as needed
Work collaboratively with biz dev teams to amplify new clients and reach targeted communities
Define Hedgey’s voice for marketing
Build and manage relationships with publications and influencers to deploy effectively
Unleash creative marketing campaigns with full autonomy and ownership
What you bring
4+ years of work experience in a similar role at a growth-focused software product company
You feel confident setting up marketing strategies, defining KPIs, and tracking the success
You are passionate, creative, a risk-taker, and someone who wants to own your role
You have a strong presence on Twitter and Medium and have a history of managing campaigns on both
You are ready to dive into the technical aspects of what we do and translate our technologies to our specific user type
You have already used reporting and analytics tools (Google, Zendesk, etc)
Strong interest in web3, DAOs, and DeFi
