About the Role
As the Enterprise Partnerships Lead, you’ll be responsible for building awareness of Hedgey with our enterprise clients, discovering opportunities to integrate Hedgey into other products, and sourcing liquidity for the protocol from enterprise customers. Applicants should have an established network of potential clients, and have the ability to self-manage end-to-end execution of strategies to develop our partnerships. Success will be defined by overall TVL on our protocol from this project.
We’re looking for passionate people. To own this role, you’ll need to:
Be the end-to-end owner of the sales cycle for identifying and establishing partnerships with entities that will integrate Hedgey, trade on the protocol, and provide sell-side liquidity to the protocol.
Share our product strategy and provide key insights internally with key shareholders to develop new products for our enterprise customers.
Effectively reach and influence decision-makers in the institutional web3 market such as asset managers, market makers, VCs, exchanges, and institutional service companies. Identify opportunities for partnerships and integrations with asset managers ("vaults") and other providers to utilize Hedgey's protocols. Grow our institutional TVL with the final goal of increasing notional traded volume across all products.
Work collaboratively with the founders directly, other members of the BD team, and the Head of Support and Product.
5-10 years of work experience in sell-side research-driven sales with recent experience in the Web 3 ecosystem
Established relationships with large crypto entities (market makers, exchanges, enterprise crypto client services, token funds, etc)
Deep understanding of financial products, Web 3, how decision making works with various enterprise customers
You are passionate, creative, a risk-taker, and someone who wants to own your role
You have strong interpersonal communication skills in both written and oral capacity
Strong interest in web3, DAOs, and DeFI with a background working in Web 3 with a passionate group of people
