Position Summary

To support the rapid growth at Hex Trust, we are seeking suitable candidates to join us as a Finance Associate. You will be assisting in all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the month-end closing and preparation of monthly management reports.
  • Accounts Payable - manage the end-to-end vendor payments and employee reimbursements process for the Group
  • Account Receivables – preparing pricing file and issuing monthly invoices to customers
  • Support our financing and treasury efforts, particularly with the reconciliation across the Group’s bank accounts.
  • Effectively monitor the reconciliation of data across all P&Ls and balance sheet items
  • Own and maintain the record keeping and documentation of financial processes across the Group.
  • Assist in audits, reviews and tax preparations to ensure the Group and its Companies meets its statutory, tax and compliance obligations at all times.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as required across all other Finance related tasks.
  • Contribute to other accounting related duties as required

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree - preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a good team player, inquisitive & detail-minded, you will be able to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills are a must, as such a strong command of spoken & written English is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting role. Audit experience will be a plus.
  • Proficient with the Google Suite of applications. Experience with Xero accounting platform would be advantageous
  • Candidates with immediate availability are preferred.
