POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our Markets and Operations team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in developing comprehensive platforms for fund administration, accounting, and operational workflows within a trading or digital asset environment. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing both frontend and backend solutions that streamline our trade capture processes and enhance our operational efficiency. The day to day will involve automating operational tasks, architecting and developing robust reconciliation systems, and enhancing booking process workflows to ensure seamless trade lifecycle management. You will create tools that not only automate but also provide real-time insights and reporting capabilities to support decision-making and compliance in a dynamic trading environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain web applications that support fund administration, accounting, trade capture, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs, maintaining code quality throughout the application's lifecycle.
• Work closely with the product development team to plan new features.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends, applications, and protocols in the digital asset industry.
