POSITION OBJECTIVE

As Hex Trust is growing rapidly and constantly enhancing our products and services, we are looking to add a highly passionate and capable individual to our Client Operations team to help ensure the quality and consistency of our procedures. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, put into place, and keep an eye on daily operating procedures to give insight into the objectives, advancement, and challenges of major projects.
  • Plan, track, and evaluate important metrics for daily operations to guarantee timely and effective task completion.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, well-organized ticket pipelines (Hubspot / Jira)
  • Supervise the activities of the Customer support team.
  • Work with the Customer Support team to identify and develop the best channels and strategies to communicate with customers and users;
  • Assist the Customer Support team with daily/weekly/monthly activities as needed;
  • Help the team to identify and drive ways to continuously improve upon production processes as you work with the various functions both internally and externally.
