Position Summary

As the Associate / VP, Finance at Hex Trust, you will be part of the team responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records, timely and accurate calculation, verification and reporting of financials, and supporting the Company's strategic decisions. Duties & Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions, including transaction records on the blockchain
• Work closely with Front Office (Markets team) and Middle Office to ensure data accuracy, and design process improvements
• Prepare financial data and reports for analysis of business performances / KPI
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly company and consolidated financial and regulatory reports
• Collaborate with other teams and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with HKFRS/ IFRS standards
• Facilitate Group and statutory financial audits
• Perform reconciliations of financial records against various data sources
• Support the Finance department with ad-hoc projects and initiatives
• Streamline financial processes and implement best practices
