Position Summary
Join our team at Hex Trust as a Staking Sales Specialist, where you will spearhead the market entry for our cutting-edge staking solutions, a pivotal expansion for our company. Your core responsibility will involve establishing connections with institutional investors and funds, and introducing them to Hex Trust’s innovative staking services.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Market Penetration Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive market penetration strategy for staking services, focusing on key segments and identifying potential clients to maximize our market share.
- Sales Cycle Management: Lead the sales cycle from initial engagement through to deal negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with client needs and our company's staking objectives
- Client Acquisition: Utilize your extensive network to identify, approach, and onboard institutional investors and funds. Build a robust pipeline of prospects in the staking sector while fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the investment community.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with marketing and product teams to tailor staking solutions that align with market demands and client preferences, ensuring our offerings are competitive and appealing.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver regular progress reports on sales performance and strategic initiatives, adapting strategies as necessary to meet business goals related to staking.
- Market Intelligence Gathering: Collect and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities and client insights, to inform strategic decisions and guide product development in our staking services.
