About The Role

We are searching for a Head of Ecosystem Growth to help drive institutional engagement and strategic funding initiatives focused on AI resilience, workforce transition, and public-interest innovation. This individual will be responsible for cultivating relationships with philanthropic foundations, public institutions, and technology partners, with the goal of securing large-scale strategic partnerships and expanding diversified funding channels beyond crypto-native ecosystems. The ideal candidate brings a strong network within philanthropy or institutional grantmaking, exceptional relationship management and communication skills, and the ability to independently lead complex partnership cycles from origination through execution. Candidates should be highly mission-aligned, intellectually thoughtful around the societal impacts of AI, and motivated by building practical systems that support long-term economic and social resilience.
