About The Role

We are searching for a Head of Philanthropic Partnerships & Development to help drive institutional engagement and strategic funding initiatives focused on AI resilience, workforce transition, and public-interest innovation. This individual will be responsible for cultivating relationships with philanthropic foundations, public institutions, and technology partners, with the goal of securing large-scale strategic partnerships and expanding diversified funding channels beyond crypto-native ecosystems. The ideal candidate brings a strong network within philanthropy or institutional grant-making, exceptional relationship management and communication skills, and the ability to independently lead complex partnership cycles from origination through execution. Candidates should be highly mission-aligned, intellectually thoughtful around the societal impacts of AI, and motivated by building practical systems that support long-term economic and social resilience.
