**Role Detail:** We are searching for a Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) who will spearhead the management and expansion of the operations team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is a seasoned crypto native who is adept at collaborating with research teams, has a strong community-driven ethos, and is fueled by passion for open source principles and decentralization.

**Requirements:**

- Strong education background (Ph.D preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within a web3 startup environment.
- Possesses infrastructure architecture experience.
- Fluency in research.
- Goal-driven and strategic mindset.
- Strong belief in a decentralized future.
