Location: Remote, UK

Role Detail: We are searching for a Blockchain Business Development Lead who will be the driving force behind the growth and expansion of blockchain technologies, particularly within the intercloud framework. The ideal candidate will have experience managing partnerships and exploring new opportunities, with a strong emphasis on marketing strategies and adoption initiatives. Building and nurturing relationships with validators to transition them into clients and ambassadors will be a critical aspect for this role. As a representative of the company, this role will require occasional public speaking engagements at industry events that are held in-person and online and the organizing and managing of hackathons and airdrops in the blockchain space. The Blockchain Business Development Lead will also be responsible for developing targeted strategies to engage developers with the intercloud platform and advocating for their needs to shape product development.


  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles in the technology sector.
  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles in the blockchain industry.
  • Proficiency in technology and coding to effectively filter and identify pertinent opportunities.
  • Business-oriented approach to pinpointing verticals and partners essential for organizational expansion.
  • Proven track record in building partnerships with various cross-functional groups and external developers.
  • Comprehension of developer segmentation and ecosystem dynamics coupled with adept strategies for engaging and supporting leading content creators.
  • Active member in developer user groups, and engagement with groups driving development efforts.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Motivated, proactive, and highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Experienced in managing and developing hackathons.
  • Experience working within the Cosmos ecosystem, but not required.
