Location: San Mateo, California

Role Detail: We are searching for a Software Engineer who will be responsible for designing, building, and managing various systems from the ground up, including AI training infrastructure, crypto economic mechanisms, and customer-facing tools. Your tasks will involve developing protocols for training and refining AI models, constructing nodes, designing and implementing tools such as CLI and web UI, and researching frameworks for AI model training. You’ll also be involved in the development, testing, debugging, and deployment of large-scale decentralized systems.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Previous experience designing, building, and scaling production systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Capable of writing high quality and well-tested code.
• Experience working with cloud-native tech stacks (e.g. AWS/GCP).
