Role Detail: We are searching for a seasoned Head of Public Relations to lead all aspects of PR and media relations, ensuring alignment with broader network goals. You will work closely with the leadership team on developing and executing a cohesive external-facing media strategy. The ideal candidate will be an experienced communications leader capable of overseeing a wide range of media touchpoints to amplify the impact of protocols within the network. This person will also be responsible for developing and implementing media relations plans, cultivating relationships with reporters and influencers, managing media inquiries and crisis communications, coordinating with agency partners, and collaborating with other teams to implement integrated marketing and communications strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for crafting compelling pitches and narratives, measuring campaign impact, and managing PR agencies.

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of public relations experience, preferably within the web3 space or an agency serving technology clients.
• Immersed in blockchain and passionate about developer relationships and education.
• Experience working with leaders at major companies or fast-paced startups.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills as well as journalistic ability to source stories from employees.
• A motivated self-starter capable of pushing projects to completion independently.
