Role Detail: We are searching for a Senior Software Engineer who will spearhead the development and strategic implementation of blockchain scaling solutions. In addition to crafting the foundation of our blockchain storage optimizations, you’ll drive team leadership, project management, and open-source community engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and executing blockchain scaling solutions, leading the development and deployment of robust smart contracts, contributing significantly to open-source projects, mentoring junior engineers, overseeing project timelines and resource allocation, acting as a technical liaison between internal teams and external partners, and staying updated on blockchain technology advancements to drive our solutions forward.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with extensive work in blockchain technology, smart contract programming, or zero-knowledge proofs.
• Deep expertise in Golang or comparable experience in high-level languages like Rust, C, C++, or Java.
• Demonstrated capability of resolving complex issues across the software stack, including networking, performance, and memory leaks.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage teams, and contribute to under-specified problems with innovative solutions.
• Strong motivation and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of mentoring others and sharing knowledge effectively.
• Comprehensive understanding of software orchestration, management technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, k3s) and provisioning tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
