Role Detail: We are searching for a Senior Data Engineer who will lead the design, delivery and enhancement of the core product by refining the open-source graph data system. This role involves referencing the Minimum Viable Product and integrating emerging customer use cases to launch the initial production system in 2024. As the owner of the critical graph component, this position will oversee all aspects from inception to execution within a small, agile, and fully remote team. Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience involving Data Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Cypher and SQL.
• Demonstrated expertise implementing graph data systems for data modeling, ETL processes, and large-scale data warehousing.
• Advanced analytics experience with a demonstrated ability to convert complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Proficiency integrating data systems into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience designing and delivering SaaS products employing graph databases.
• Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) and reputation concepts and solutions.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Java, Ruby, and related technologies.
• Exposure to large-scale access control platforms (Google Zanzibar, Auth0, OpenFGA).
• Experience leading the analysis, design and delivery of 2+ end-to-end data graph solutions.
• Experience leading qualitative improvements or underlying large-scale graph data.
• Thrives in a disciplined, iterative, and fast-paced development environment.
• Prior experience productizing and commercializing innovations in the data science and graph theory domains.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in presentations of designs and recommendations.
