Role Detail: We are searching for a Core Developer who will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of core software components, alongside a talented team of developers and researchers. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of system programming experience using Go, Rust, or C++, with a strong background in concurrent programming. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, along with a knack for rapid learning and ability to adapt to new technologies. This role demands a blend of outstanding algorithmic and theoretical computer science skills, hands-on experience in systems programming, and the ability to swiftly produce high-quality code for production environments.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of system programming experience in Go, Rust, or C++.
• Prior work experience in concurrent programming.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Fast learning curve with an ability to quickly grasp complex new technologies and ideas.
• Possess a combination of exceptional algorithmic/theoretic CS skills with strong hands-on systems programming skills coupled with the mentality and capability to start writing production-quality code.
