Role Detail: We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the Developer Experience team. This crucial role will significantly influence the strategy to position our client's product as the premier choice for developers within the Ethereum scaling ecosystem. The ideal candidate will collaborate with core teams to align protocol design decisions with the needs of the developer ecosystem. They will spearhead initiatives to provide developers with a state-of-the-art experience when building with our client's product, from the first interaction of a novice developer to providing advanced capabilities for senior crypto developers. This position requires setting the vision and strategy to deliver the best developer experience in the layer 2 space, defining the team's needs and structure, and prioritizing initiatives to achieve desired outcomes. The Principal Product Manager will foster a data-driven culture, work closely with community and developer relations to identify gaps in the developer experience, and inspire the team and stakeholders to achieve excellence in the Developer Experience domain.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated understanding of software development and architecture, APIs, SDKs, IDEs, etc.
• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Multiple years of software engineering experience.
• Thorough understanding of the EVM and have at least a basic working knowledge of the L2 landscape.
• Experience in web3 or blockchain companies / projects.
• Experience managing agile teams and product development processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven track record of outcomes and bringing value to businesses.
• Keen attention to detail and focused on getting things done.
• Creativity and out-of-the-box mindset to brainstorm solutions for difficult problems.
• Demonstrate a proactive and assertive approach to problem solving, willing to challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions to improve processes and practices within the organization.
• Experience in leading with influence, inspiring others to follow best practices, and deliver real value to customers.
