Role Detail: We are seeking a Senior Partner Engineer to be at the forefront of real-world blockchain adoption. This role uniquely combines deep engineering skills with great interpersonal skills and plays a key part in strategy to onboard the next billion users. As a Senior Partner Engineer, you will dive deeply into the codebase to solve problems spanning smart contracts to the core node, conduct independent research, design and implement partner-oriented solutions, and collaborate with both internal teams and external development entities. You will develop a strong understanding of the value our client’s technology brings to the world and help partners, including DeFi Blue Chips, design their products and deploy on our client’s platform. This position combines great engineering skills with exceptional interpersonal skills to onboard the biggest companies in both Web3 and Web2.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in backend software development and a deep understanding of software engineering best practices and architectures.
• Experience in Web3 and a track record of success.
• Passion for our mission to advance personal freedom for all.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ownership mindset.
• Excellent understanding of Ethereum.
• Ability to thrive solo thinking through complex problems just as much as collaborating with partners.
