Role Detail: We are seeking a Protocol Engineer who will spearhead the entire product development process, ensuring the timely delivery of high quality software. This role will involve close collaboration and innovation within a diverse team to guarantee the security, performance, and scalability of the protocol. Remaining updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and engineering best practices is essential for success.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience building sophisticated software products with GoLang or Rust.
• Experience taking distributed systems to production.
• Experience building with Cosmos-SDK or Substrate.
• Experience with protocol design and security best practices.
• Understanding of Tendermint, CometBFT, or other consensus engines.
• Understanding of latest blockchain technologies and software.
• Understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
• Understanding of the latest blockchain technologies and cross-chain messaging.
• Understanding of, or willingness to learn about, FHE, ZK, and MPC.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
