Role Detail: We are seeking a Venture / Finance Director with a robust academic background and extensive investment experience to lead efforts in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within the blockchain sector. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging their expertise to develop and execute investor relations strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of the web3 industry. Key responsibilities include engaging with investors and stakeholders through various channels, ensuring transparent disclosure of financial information and market insights, and monitoring investor sentiment. Additionally, this person will expand the network within the web3 ecosystem, collaborate with internal teams, and stay updated on industry trends such as decentralized finance (DeFi) and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related.
• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, venture capital, or related field with a deep understanding of the web3 industry and it’s unique landscape.
• Proven track record in developing and executing investor relations strategies.
• Organized and exceptional project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts and ideas effectively to diverse audiences in the community.
• Infrastructure experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience within a web3 startup environment.
• Fluency in research.
