This role entails leading a small team in curating compelling content, nurturing community engagement, and staying attuned to emerging trends in the web3 space. The ideal candidate will be adept at balancing team management with direct involvement, contributing to the seamless integration of social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives. As a key member of the team, this individual will shape Filecoin’s digital presence, drive visibility, engagement, and community growth. With ownership of strategic marketing directives and hands-on approach to content creation and dissemination, this role offers a unique blend of leadership and execution. Requirements:

• Demonstrated marketing leadership experience in a startup environment.
• A web3 native with strong knowledge and understanding of narratives, trends, and web3 style growth levers for growing communities.
