Role Detail: We are seeking a seasoned Startup Operator with a versatile “founder” skill set and a background in leading startups or managing multiple external organizations, coupled with a deep enthusiasm for web3 and distributed systems. This pivotal role will involve steering the organization towards its strategic goals, fostering innovation, and facilitating sustainable growth within the dynamic blockchain, fintech, and gaming sector. This role encompasses a broad spectrum of startup functions, including foraging strategic partnerships, shaping vision and strategy, providing adept leadership and team management, overseeing financial matters, driving product and technology evolution, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing external communication and industry representation. This person’s expertise and leadership will help guide the company towards navigating the complexities of this industry’s landscape while capitalizing on emerging opportunities for advancement and impact.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise as a generalist “founder” or in high-growth organizations, or in pivotal early-stage roles.
• Proven capability in driving, overseeing, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Profound involvement in web3 communities with a robust network within this domain.
• In-depth comprehension of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized systems.
• Proficiency in crafting and executing product roadmaps for technically complex projects, adept at synthesizing input from diverse stakeholders including users, engineering teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a talent for inspiring, motivating, and energizing teams.
