Role Detail: We are seeking a passionate Developer Advocate deeply invested in the potential of web3 to revolutionize technology. This role is perfect for those who thrive in the dynamic environment of early-stage startups, embracing ambiguity and rapid change. As a key player, you'll spearhead efforts to nurture a vibrant developer community within the evolving landscape of web3 technologies. Your primary focus will be on crafting an exceptional developer experience and fostering innovation through strategic initiatives.

Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects crucial to our mission. This includes creating exemplary code and content to showcase different use cases, representing our platform at events to enhance visibility and forge partnerships, and strategically promoting our offerings to generate excitement. Additionally, you'll ensure the clarity and accessibility of our developer documentation, organize engaging hackathons to spur creativity, facilitate smooth developer onboarding, and foster social media engagement. Your role also involves analyzing user feedback to inform product development decisions, validating market hypotheses, and managing and cultivating the burgeoning w3s community, fostering its growth and vibrancy.

Requirements:

• Deep enthusiasm for web3 and a strong belief in the transformative potential of decentralized technology.
• Over three years of experience in Developer Relations (DevRel) or as a Developer Advocate.
• Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Go, or proficient in another programming language with a willingness to adapt.
• Familiarity with Smart Contracts is advantageous.
• Interest in decentralized storage and content delivery network infrastructure.
• Exceptional public speaking, content creation, and presentation skills both in-person and online.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, coupled with the ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated success in nurturing and expanding large technical communities.
• A visible presence and engagement in social and technical platforms such as Twitter, YouTube, and GitHub.
