Role Detail: We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who will play a pivotal role in executing both technically and culturally within our team. Your primary focus will be on developing high-impact, user-facing products, where your work will directly influence the user experience. With ambitious roadmaps ahead, we are dedicated to building cutting-edge token compensation infrastructure that seamlessly integrates with the real world. As part of this journey, you will be responsible for achieving technical milestones, collaborating closely with the founders, and actively contributing to daily code shipping. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the sales and product teams to make strategic decisions, upholding best practices in code quality, typing, and API design, as well as establishing and documenting scalable engineering processes. Additionally, you'll be tasked with identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and maintaining our high technical standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise with at least 7 years of software engineering experience, preferably within a venture-backed startup environment.
• Proficiency in crafting high-quality, maintainable code within an agile and fast-paced software engineering setting.
• Track record of seeing projects through to successful completion across diverse technologies and systems.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to executing new ideas independently.
• Ability to integrate disparate services and processes, even in unfamiliar territory.
• Strong understanding and advocacy for high-quality code and software engineering practices, fostering an environment conducive to their development.
• Experience or keen interest in contributing to a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
• Resourceful and willing to tackle challenges hands-on.
• Proven capability in architecting and developing both front-end and back-end systems, from inception to scalable product deployment.
• Exceptional collaborative, analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with previous experience in founding ventures or managing side projects being advantageous.
