Location: Remote (Paris)

Role Detail: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to lead growth strategy in the evolving blockchain ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive business development plan tailored to the company's objectives within the US market. Key responsibilities include driving deal sourcing and execution, collaborating with technical teams to develop new product offerings, staying updated on industry trends, fostering strategic relationships, and representing the brand at industry events. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the business in the dynamic landscape of blockchain technology.


  • Proficient understanding and experience with blockchain technology, including familiarity with DeFi and emerging trends;
  • Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in business development or strategic partnerships, preferably within the blockchain, crypto, or fintech sectors;
  • Track record of successfully selling software solutions to the financial services sector in the USA;
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain fruitful commercial partnerships, driving tangible business growth;
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, enabling the securing of favorable terms and conditions;
  • A well-established network within the blockchain industry, traditional finance, and related sectors is highly advantageous;
  • Desire and capability to explore business development opportunities in regulated industries beyond finance;
  • While embracing a flexible remote work culture, Zama values in-person interactions, necessitating quarterly visits to our Paris headquarters.
