Location: Remote (Paris)

Role Detail: We are seeking an innovative and ambitious Business Development Director to drive our growth strategy in the evolving decentralized and collaborative AI ecosystems. This role is crucial for expanding our business reach, forging strategic partnerships, and spearheading initiatives to capitalize on opportunities in the AI space.

Responsibilities include developing a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with our vision and objectives, driving deal sourcing and execution, and coordinating with technical and product development teams to propose new AI product offerings. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a robust understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends, cultivating strategic relationships with key industry players, and representing the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.


  • Extensive experience and knowledge in AI and decentralized technologies.
  • At least 7 years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships, preferably in the AI, blockchain, or data science sectors.
  • Proven ability to forge and maintain commercial partnerships, demonstrating a strong track record in driving business growth.
  • Deep understanding of AI and blockchain ecosystems, along with emerging trends in these fields.
  • Exceptional negotiation and deal-making skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • A strong network of contacts within the AI, blockchain, and related industries is highly desirable.
  • Embrace a flexible remote working ethos while valuing regular visits to the Paris headquarters for in-person interactions.
