Role Detail: We are seeking a Solutions Architect to contribute to our mission of embedding privacy into web3. Our fhEVM solution has marked a significant leap in enabling encrypted smart contracts, facilitating computations directly on encrypted data within blockchains. As we advance towards our goal, we require a Blockchain Solutions Architect dedicated to assisting clients and partners in constructing confidential blockchains and implementing cutting-edge confidential smart contracts. Collaborating closely with esteemed cryptographers, blockchain specialists, and software engineers, you will play a crucial role in refining and upholding the excellence of the homomorphic blockchain solution.

The ideal candidate will possess profound technical expertise to comprehend blockchain intricacies, manage technical relationships with clients and partners, and devise strategic solutions. This role necessitates adeptness in team leadership, stakeholder communication, and proactive troubleshooting. Key responsibilities include interfacing with clients and partners to translate business objectives into engineering strategies, offering technical guidance throughout project phases, managing product roadmaps in collaboration with the Blockchain leadership team, overseeing project execution, fostering collaboration within the technical team, ensuring security and compliance, and staying updated on blockchain trends for potential company growth opportunities.


  • A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, with advanced degrees considered a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing technical projects and products, particularly within the blockchain domain, is essential.
  • Deep comprehension of blockchain technology, including its nuances and diverse applications across industries, is necessary.
  • Proven management capabilities, including the ability to motivate and mentor high-performing teams, are a prerequisite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, with the capacity to convey complex technical concepts to various audiences effectively.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management tools, and software development life cycles is advantageous.
  • The ideal candidate is an accurate, enthusiastic high performer and an effective problem solver.
