Location: San Francisco (Hybrid)
Role Detail: We are seeking a founding GTM sales lead for our early-stage startup based in San Francisco, which is focused on developing a Life Sciences conversational chatbot and AI-powered datasets to advance Life Sciences research. Our international team is spread across the globe, and this role is based in the SF Bay Area. The position involves selling to early and mid-market accounts while building and expanding a team of Business Development Executives. You will work directly with the CEO/founder daily to strategize and conduct outreach. You will work closely with the founders and be involved throughout the sales pipeline. This is a critical role with significant career growth potential, as you will help build and potentially lead a sales organization as the company expands. We need someone who is hands-on and creative, capable of working effectively with limited resources.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in SaaS enterprise sales
- Experience in Life Sciences, Bio, or Pharma SaaS sales is highly desirable
- Previous experience working in a startup environment
- Based in the US (Remote), with a preference for candidates in San Francisco
- Driven, self-motivated, and a creative thinker, always seeking ways to improve or enhance current sales efforts and outcomes
