Role Detail: We are seeking a Product Operations Lead that will play a key role in refining product delivery processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Expertise in operations management will be essential in automating and improving flows like directory onboarding and engagement. Some key responsibilities include analyzing and enhancing onboarding processes, overhauling project management and reporting systems, managing member relationships through interviews and feedback sessions, developing product feedback loops, maintaining communication with product advisors, addressing legal compliance issues, and managing data related to members, teams, and projects.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in strategy and product operations, particularly in tech or startup environments.
• Strong technical acumen, with a solid understanding of web technologies and product lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to enhance operational processes and implement productivity-boosting systems.
• Data-driven approach with a track record of using analytics to drive process improvements.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of agency and a results-oriented mindset.
