Role Detail: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Software Engineer with expertise in blockchain technology to join our team and support our growing network of partners and the community. Collaborating with esteemed cryptographers, blockchain experts, and software engineers, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, fine-tuning, and ensuring the sustained excellence of our homomorphic blockchain solution, with a focus on developer experience. Key responsibilities include setting benchmarks and standards for customer support excellence, responding to customer inquiries professionally, developing and updating support documentation, organizing community support, establishing troubleshooting processes, developing client onboarding materials, keeping clients informed about new developments, converting customer feedback into actionable points, contributing to bug fixes and feature additions, and improving support efficiency through automation and optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an engineering support role, with a preference for experience in blockchain technology.
- Strong understanding of blockchain concepts such as consensus, smart contracts, and decentralized networks; familiarity with cryptographic principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in programming languages used in blockchain development, such as Solidity, Go, and Rust.
- Experience in optimizing and automating customer support systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
