Role Detail: We are seeking a BackEnd Software Engineer to join an innovative open-source cryptography company that develops state-of-the-art FHE solutions for blockchain and AI. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about building confidential blockchains and designing next-generation confidential smart contracts. Working closely with esteemed cryptographers, blockchain experts, and software engineers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the sustained excellence of their homomorphic blockchain solution. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the team to optimize the flexibility, performance, and security of the fhEVM, designing and implementing its integration strategy into relevant blockchain frameworks, contributing to backend systems, staying updated with the latest advancements in blockchain and cryptography, and doing whatever it takes to realize the company's vision.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in taking distributed systems to production.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technologies and various EVM frameworks.
- Familiarity with, or willingness to learn about, FHE, ZK, and MPC.
- Team leadership experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, fostering seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Proficiency in Golang.
- Knowledge of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
- Understanding of software engineering and security best practices.
- Good understanding of networking protocols.
- Experience with Linux-based operating systems.
