Role Detail: We are seeking a highly motivated marketing leader to drive brand awareness as a hub for open video innovation. Working closely with founders and the broader ecosystem team, you will set and execute marketing strategies aimed at positioning the project as a leader in open source, decentralized video technology. Responsibilities include overseeing the content engine to amplify the project’s voice, managing the ecosystem content calendar for consistent, high-quality digital marketing across various channels, conducting marketing experiments, and delivering performance reports with actionable insights. You will collaborate cross-functionally to source and create inspiring content, coordinate with Studio for SaaS platform promotion, and organize impactful digital and physical events for community engagement and lead generation. Additionally, you will manage brand design assets, develop marketing programs to showcase ecosystem projects, and oversee resource allocation including team hiring, vendor management, and budgeting to ensure strategic goals are met.
