Role Detail: We are searching for a motivated and experienced marketing leader to spearhead our marketing efforts. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of marketing and communication, including content creation, social media, KOL marketing, PR, video production, competitor analysis, and collaboration campaigns with Web3 game studios and partners. Your expertise will be pivotal in elevating our brand and reaching our target audience effectively. Responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, driving traffic, and increasing user engagement on our platform. You will lead and manage multiple teams of internal content creators, plan and execute marketing content campaigns, collaborate with graphic designers, conduct competitor and industry trend research, and forge partnerships within the Web3 gaming space. Additionally, you will represent the company at industry events worldwide, foster relationships with fellow content creators, work cross-functionally with the BD team, track relevant metrics using analytics tools, and monitor KPIs to ensure marketing effectiveness. You will also provide guidance to the Social Media Team, review and analyze content for relevance and effectiveness, stay updated with the latest marketing trends, and strategically allocate a fixed monthly budget towards efficient paid marketing channels while tracking ROI.
Requirements:
- Proven marketing experience in the crypto space, with at least 24 months in Web3, working at L1, L2, or dApp.
- Deep understanding of crypto culture, including CT, native crypto social, KOL, and meme culture.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a strong emphasis on speed of execution.
- Strong leadership skills for effectively managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Web3 gaming, blockchain technology, and the overall Web3 landscape.
- Experience in content creation, social media management, PR, and video production.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Creative mindset with strategic thinking and the ability to implement innovative marketing ideas.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Availability to work Asia hours, with the flexibility of a remote global location.
