Role Detail: We are seeking a Ecosystems Lead who will play a central role in amplifying our impact in the Digital Human Rights focus area within Web3. The ideal candidate will assess the state of the field, identify needs and opportunities, map the ecosystem, and build relationships with projects, teams, and partners. They will develop and run programs, such as developer onboarding and engagement initiatives, cross-network coordination events, fundraising programs, and marketing efforts to promote network projects. By tracking and measuring progress, iterating, and improving, the candidate will advance initiatives that secure digital freedoms, protect privacy, and ensure equitable digital access. This role will foster innovation and collaboration, creating resilient systems that uphold human rights in the digital age, shaping secure, open, and decentralized networks.

Requirements:

• A versatile background with over 10 years of experience, adept at applying first principles thinking to diverse scenarios.
• In-depth knowledge of Web3 and Protocol Labs network projects and technologies.
• Proven experience collaborating with open source and Web3 developer teams.
