Role Detail: We are searching for a VP of Marketing to lead and execute our marketing strategy, focusing on converting node providers and RPC users. You will manage a marketing team, oversee multi-channel campaigns, refine our brand strategy, and maintain a marketing analytics system. This role involves close collaboration with C-Suite and other teams to align marketing efforts with company goals, ensuring all initiatives maximize ROI while staying within budget. You'll also leverage a network of stakeholders to amplify major campaigns and drive the future of Web3 infrastructure.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of marketing experience with a focus on digital channels in blockchain, tech startups, or related fields.
- Proven track record as a senior marketer within the blockchain industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Web3 marketing dynamics and trends, with proficiency in on-chain applications.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
- Experience working cross-functionally with community management, development, and PR teams.
- Flexibility to work part-time while meeting the role’s demands.
