Project: A company that aims to make Ethereum the most decentralized blockchain ecosystem while also delivering the best user and developer experience focuses on addressing the challenges caused by rollup fragmentation. By introducing real-time proofs and instant settlements, it seeks to unify Ethereum with the rollup ecosystem, enhancing liquidity, composability, and overall usability.

Role Detail: We are searching for a Developer Relations professional to bridge the gap between our developer team and the broader developer community. In this role, you will maintain continuous feedback loops, craft clear and relevant documentation, and support smooth adoption of our products. You’ll develop quick Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase innovative uses of our platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and build frontend demos to highlight product capabilities. Staying active within the Ethereum and EVM ecosystem, you’ll ensure our offerings align with the latest trends and developer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related technical field or advanced degree (i.e., Masters or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience in Developer Relations at an organization with live products on Ethereum mainnet or major EVM Layer 2s (e.g., Arbitrum, Optimism).
- Proficiency in Solidity, with the ability to create and explain smart contract examples.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences, including creating developer-focused content such as guides, tutorials, and FAQs.
- Experience in crafting or maintaining developer documentation to simplify onboarding and reduce friction.
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and translate them into actionable improvements for developers.
Nice to Haves:
- Front-end development experience, particularly in creating demos or prototypes using frameworks like React.
- A strong passion for and interest in staying current with advancements in Ethereum.
