Role Detail: We are searching for a Community Lead who is passionate about building and scaling vibrant communities in the Web3 and decentralized AI space. With a proven track record in community growth and a deep understanding of crypto culture, you will design and implement strategies to engage global audiences across platforms like Discord, Telegram, X (formerly Twitter), and Reddit. From running quests on platforms like Zealy to developing educational programs, AMAs, and ambassador initiatives, you’ll foster organic growth while driving engagement and retention. This role involves managing moderators, analyzing community metrics, and serving as a vital link between the community and internal teams to ensure feedback shapes product and marketing strategies. Requirements:

• Deep understanding of blockchain, decentralized AI, and the Web3 ecosystem, with familiarity with its narratives, key personalities, and emerging trends.
• Extensive experience in building and scaling community initiatives from the ground up within the decentralized technology space.
• Proficient in managing and optimizing communities across Discord, Telegram, and X (formerly Twitter), including expertise in utilizing bots, tools, and analytics for seamless operations.
• Skilled in designing and executing ambassador programs, contests, token rewards, and other initiatives to foster meaningful engagement and incentivize participation.
• Strong ability to analyze community metrics, track KPIs, and implement insights to drive growth and optimize strategies.
• Experienced in using tools like Notion for organization and platforms like Zealy, Galaxe, and TaskOn for gamified community engagement.
• Adept at creating and managing points systems, organizing airdrops, and effectively incentivizing community actions to boost activity and loyalty.
