We are growing rapidly and seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire world-class talent across various web3 verticals.
Role Overview
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles, including software engineers, product managers & leads, engineering managers, developer relations, and even up to C-Level executives and co-founders. You will play a critical role in shaping our hiring strategy, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Your deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi, smart contracts, and Web3 ecosystems will help us attract the best minds in the industry.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to closing candidates, for web3 and AI-related roles.
- Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Identify and engage top technical talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, technical conferences, and Web3 communities (e.g., Discord, Telegram, X, DAOs).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers, technical leads, and executives to define hiring needs and drive a proactive recruitment strategy.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in blockchain/Web3 hiring.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on blockchain, crypto, or Web3 roles.
- Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, including L1/L2 protocols, DeFi, cryptography, DAOs, and smart contract development.
- Proven ability to attract and engage top technical talent through creative sourcing strategies.
- Experience working in high-growth startups or Web3-native companies is a plus.
- Strong network within the crypto, developer, and engineering communities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
