Role Detail: Our client is searching for a strategic and execution-oriented Investor Relations Partner to lead capital formation and investor engagement efforts within a cutting-edge innovation ecosystem. This role will focus on developing a compelling capital markets narrative, cultivating trusted relationships with investors across venture, web3, and frontier tech, and driving fundraising initiatives across both equity and token vehicles. The ideal candidate will serve as the connective thread between groundbreaking technical innovation and the capital partners who enable it—crafting investor communications, coordinating stakeholder touchpoints, and supporting ecosystem-wide fundraising strategies. Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, capital markets, or a similar role, ideally within a venture-backed, technology-driven, or web3-focused environment.
• Proven ability to lead or contribute meaningfully to capital raises, investor communications, or strategic investment partnerships.
• Exceptional writing and narrative-building skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messages tailored to diverse investor audiences.
• Strong grasp of the venture capital and/or web3 landscape; existing relationships with investors are a valuable asset.
• Outstanding relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and represent the organization with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and adept at managing competing priorities in a remote, fast-paced, and high-autonomy setting.
• Genuine passion for emerging technologies and a strong belief in the transformative potential of decentralized innovation.
