Location: Remote

Role Detail: We are searching for a highly skilled full-stack engineer with deep expertise in Rust and/or TypeScript with React or React Native, capable of taking features from architectural design through to development and release. In this role, you will work autonomously to build and enhance complex, high-performance web3 applications, leveraging your knowledge of cryptographic primitives, wallets, and decentralized technologies. You will play an active role in product decision-making, contribute your own innovative ideas, and collaborate with a small, fast-moving team that values speed, precision, and minimal meetings. Ideal candidates will have a hacker’s mindset, a passion for solving challenging technical problems, and a track record of building personal or open-source projects—bonus points for experience in cryptography, crypto wallets, or intricate UI development.

Requirements:

• Core Skills & Experience
  • Full-stack engineering expertise with Rust and/or TypeScript + React/React Native (expert level; able to pass a difficult technical assessment).
  • Ability to lead feature development from architecture and design to release. Strong knowledge of web3 primitives (e.g., wallets, public/private keys, asymmetric and symmetric encryption).
  • Proven ability to work quickly with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in autonomous work environments with minimal supervision and meetings.
  • Proactive contributor to product decisions and comfortable sharing and executing on own ideas.
  • Track record of building personal projects or contributing to open-source work.
