About The Role

We are searching for a forward deployed engineer who thrives on end-to-end ownership and can seamlessly blend software development, operations, and customer engagement. This role involves working directly inside large enterprises to build strong relationships, deeply understand complex and ambiguous processes, and translate them into scalable, reliable automations using an English-based programming language that combines structured control flow with natural language. You will be hands-on in the product, architecting and iterating on solutions, driving adoption from pilot to full production, and doing whatever it takes to ensure successful deployments. The ideal candidate is technically strong, people-oriented, scrappy, and motivated by making a significant, visible impact.

Requirements

• Strong technical background with hands-on programming experience and comfort building production-grade solutions

• Ability to work in a forward-deployed, customer-facing role and build trusted relationships within large enterprise environments

• Proven capability to break down complex, ambiguous business processes into clear, actionable, and automatable steps (process mining)

• Experience architecting, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable systems or automations

• Comfort working in highly iterative environments, partnering closely with customers to refine solutions and drive adoption

• Operational excellence: highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex rollouts from pilot through full production

• Ownership mindset with a willingness to do whatever is required to make deployments successful

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional customer teams and internal stakeholders

• Scrappy, self-directed problem solver who thrives in fast-moving, high-impact environments

• Genuine interest in blending engineering, operations, and customer success rather than focusing solely on pure software development
