Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Kindred's AI companion platform
• Conduct meticulous functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs with extreme attention to detail
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and ensure high-quality releases
• Perform rigorous performance and stress testing to ensure platform stability
• Automate test processes where possible to improve efficiency and coverage
• Continuously refine and update test methodologies as the product evolves
• Monitor and analyze user feedback to identify areas for quality improvement
• Participate in product design discussions to advocate for quality and user experience
• Stay updated on industry best practices in QA for AI and machine learning applications

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in software quality assurance, preferably in AI or machine learning environments
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
• Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Python)
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
• Familiarity with AI concepts and natural language processing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex issues to technical and non-technical team members
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
