The Role

We're (the only) officially licensed AI company licensed to bring to life Hello Kitty, Pudgy Penguins, Teletubbies, LINE Friends, and 30+ iconic characters, becoming our daily companion-assistants that people genuinely fall in love with.

What You'll Do

Architect and build the core companion platform: Unity character systems, backend infrastructure for memory and personalisation, and the integration layer that makes companions feel continuous across every surface. You move fast, prototype hard, and obsess over the feel of every interaction.

You Are

A seasoned full-stack engineer with 5+ years shipping polished, performant consumer products at scale, equally at home in Unity and modern web stacks, with deep experience in real-time systems where latency, smoothness, and presence actually matter. You've built things people loved, and you can feel the difference between a product that works and one that feels alive.

AI-native in how you think and build. You've shipped AI-powered products, worked with agentic systems, or built experiences where the product is a relationship. Unity is a core tool in your kit, not a line on your CV.
