As Fintech Account Executive, you’ll be a founding member of our GTM team, responsible for driving adoption of Privy among fintechs. You’ll own the entire sales cycle—from identifying and sourcing potential customers to managing deals, negotiating contracts, and closing. You’ll also work closely with our product and engineering teams to refine our offering and GTM strategy based on customer feedback.

What you'll do

  • Identify and engage fintechs, neobanks, and payments companies that can benefit from crypto payment rails.

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals.

  • Develop deep relationships with key decision-makers in the fintech space.

  • Work closely with product and engineering to translate customer needs into product improvements.

  • Build and refine our GTM strategy for fintech, ensuring we can scale customer acquisition efficiently.

  • Track and analyze key sales metrics to optimize deal velocity and conversion rates.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally at a fintech, payments, or crypto company.

  • A strong track record of sourcing, managing, and closing complex deals.

  • Ability to operate in a startup environment—scrappy, adaptable, and eager to build from the ground up.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus points if you have...

  • Deep understanding of the fintech and payments ecosystem, with a strong network in the space.

  • Passion for crypto and an understanding of its role in fintech innovation.

  • Past experience working with developer tools companies.

  • Physically based in NYC.
