We are seeking an outstanding Customer Service Engineer with a passion for solving some of neuroscience’s hardest problems and most serious unmet medical needs. You will be responsible to provide a robust breakdown and repair management service to ensure functional and compliant products, with always in mind the safety and the satisfaction of the client.
Role responsibilities:
- Oversee the receipt of customer requests (orders, deliveries, product returns, complaints, etc.) and the preparation of after-sales service files.
- In collaboration with technical product experts, assist in identifying and diagnosin complex issues, anomalies, and/or failures and propose relevant solutions.
- Ensure the quality and compliance of support and maintenance operations performed.
- Maintain the supply of parts needed to repair or replace products returned by customers, while informing manufacturers and suppliers of complaints and disputes concerning their products.
- Monitor failure indicators and processing times, and be proactive in proposing continuous improvement initiatives, including the planning and optimization of laboratory processes dedicated to service operations.
- Work closely with the sales, production, clinical, and QARA teams.
- Clear documentation and communication in both French and English languages
Key qualifications:
- Master's degree level education: Engineering school or similar
Preferred qualifications:
- Class III medical device experience
- 3+ years of total experience
