We are looking for a Talent Operations Specialist that will support all facets of talent and recruiting operations. This specialist will support our hiring initiatives by partnering with our recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure every step of the process runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a focus on candidate experience.

Role responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage all interview logistics
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and facilitate onsite interviews
  • Manage job postings across the internal ATS and Linkedin
  • Manage the recruiting inbox to address candidate questions and escalate support requests as needed
  • Maintain accurate data entry within the ATS to ensure candidate records, pipeline stages, and notes are current and accurate
  • Support recruiters in the generation of recruiting metrics reports
  • Facilitate transition between recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
  • Coordinate travel for remote candidates

Key qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, high volumes, and shifting timelines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree with prior experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or a related administrative/operational role in a fast-paced technical environment
  • Experience with an ATS and strong
  • Experience supporting technical recruiting at leading technology or biotech organizations

Science is required under California law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. We determine your level based on your interview performance and make an offer based on the indicated salary band. The base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $110,000 annually + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please keep in mind that the equity portion of the offer is not included in these numbers.
