Location: Remote

Responsibilities：

• Maintain the company’s compliance framework to ensure adherence to laws and regulations;
• Monitor regional and industry regulatory changes and advise management on policy updates;
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts and legal documents;
• Provide legal consultation to business units.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws or equivalent degree;
• A minimum of 3 years of law firm or relevant in-house legal experience；
• Experience in providing legal advice and solutions, including reviewing and advising on the design and modification of business initiatives, proactively identifying associated risks in conjunction with cross-functional stakeholders, and recommending commercially viable risk mitigated alternatives；
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to draft and review documents in legal matter；
• Experience in capital markets and infrastructure expansion is preferred.
