We’re looking for a System Administrator who thrives on automation, security, and delivering a seamless IT experience to our global team.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer identity and access management systems, ensuring security, compliance, and efficient lifecycle management.
  • Oversee and optimize Productivity suite, Project management, and other company-wide SaaS tools.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, ensuring a stable, secure, and high-performance experience for all employees.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to streamline IT operations and reduce manual tasks.
  • Manage the company’s IT systems and infrastructure, including on-premise networks, SaaS platforms, and cloud IT infrastructure.
  • Configure and manage network and security tools, including firewalls, switches, VLANs, DNS, SSL, and related infrastructure.
  • Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex issues and mentor IT support staff.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience as a System Administrator in a high tech or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with AI driven tools and automation, leveraging modern AI technologies to optimize IT workflows, support, and system management.
  • Hands on experience with cloud systems (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and SaaS administration.
  • Expertise in identity and access management (SSO/Federation, MFA, Conditional Access).
  • Proven scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, or similar).
  • Experience managing MDM platforms.
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, DNS, DHCP) and core security principles.
  • Practical experience with Active Directory, Google Workspace, and Project management systems (or equivalent collaboration/productivity tools).
  • Familiarity with endpoint protection and EDR solutions and firewall/network device configuration.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills in English.
  • A service-oriented mindset, proactive problem-solving approach, and the ability to take care of projects end-to-end.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with network monitoring tools (Wireshark, etc.).
  • Cloud or network certifications.
  • Prior experience scaling IT environments in fast growing companies.
